At Gear building, where technology and creativity thrived, a new concept was taking shape: the Smart Meeting Room. This wasn't just any ordinary meeting space; it was a room designed to revolutionize the way people collaborated and communicated.
Business Needs
The Smart Meeting Room was equipped with the latest advancements in artificial intelligence and Internet of Things (IoT) technology. As soon as you stepped inside, the room would recognize you through facial recognition and adjust the lighting, temperature, and even the seating arrangement to your preferences. The walls were interactive touchscreens, allowing participants to share and manipulate data with a simple swipe of their fingers.
Solution
Developed MQTT server with intuitive GUI incorporating with Camera for face recognition and for analyzing the members attending in the meeting room. Upon the meeting discussion environment, lighting, aroma, sound effect will be activated to boost up the meeting room environment
